FFL/SOT Transfer

We are committed to making firearm purchases safe, compliant, and convenient for our customers in Washington State. All firearm sales are completed through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) transfer, ensuring full compliance with federal and Washington State laws.​

How the FFL Transfer Process Works

1. Choose Your Firearm: Select the firearm or suppressor you wish to purchase from our inventory, or let us know what you would like, and we can order it from one of our many distributors.

2. Select XDM Industries as Your Washington FFL Dealer: If your firearm was purchased from another retailer, that FFL will require us to provide the name and contact information of our FFL so we can legally receive your firearm or suppressor.

3. Background Check & Transfer: Once your firearm or suppressor is at our shop, you will complete Form 4473 and a Washington State background check at our FFL premises. For NFA firearms, we will also submit Form 4 and any required supplemental documents.

4. Pick Up Your Firearm: Once approved, we will notify you of your pickup date so you can safely retrieve your firearm or suppressor.

FFL Transfer Fees

• Title 1 Standard Transfer Fee: $50: Rifle, Shotgun, Handgun, Receiver.

• Title 2 NFA Firearms: $100: Applies to NFA firearms (Silencer and SBR) purchased from XDM Industries.
   

Washington State use tax will be collected on all transfers unless documentation shows that tax has already been paid.

Private Party Transfers

Washington State allows private firearms sales, but all private transfers must go through a licensed FFL dealer. XDM Industries can facilitate private party transfers for $100 per firearm, including required background checks. Contact us for more details.
